The JDS Customer Portal is your professional online area for your customers – available on its own, without the full JDS Management interface.

Your customers simply sign in with their customer number and get 24/7 access to:
• Orders with their current status
• Invoices and quotes to view and download
• Documents and contracts – uploaded securely instead of sent by email
• Direct contact with your team

Included in this package:
• 1 creator code – sets up your team with the Customer Portal edition
• 1 team code for up to 10 users – for the staff who manage the portal

You receive both codes automatically by email right after payment.

Optional upgrade: with the “Custom Portal Domain” add-on, the portal runs under your own address, e.g. portal.your-company.com.
