Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers, both private individuals and companies, who purchase products or services from Joel Digitals.

A contract is concluded upon purchase through completion of the ordering process in the shop, confirmation by email, or written agreement (e.g., for individual services).

Joel Digitals offers the following:

• Digital products and license keys
• E-books via third parties (e.g., Amazon)
• Design services (on request)
• Programming services such as apps, websites, Google Sites (on request)

Upon purchase of a digital product or license key, the customer receives a simple, non-exclusive right of use. Transfer or reproduction to third parties is prohibited without express permission.

Digital products and license keys are provided via email or through the customer account. For e-books via third parties, their delivery terms apply.

Prices are in Euro (€). Accepted payment methods are PayPal, bank transfer, Stripe (including Apple Pay, Google Pay), and other future announced methods.

For programmed products, there is a 7-day adjustment period for legitimate functional problems after delivery. Fundamental reprogramming is excluded.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. However, this expires as soon as the customer expressly agrees that digital delivery begins before the deadline expires and the customer agrees to the provision.

After activation or delivery of digital products, returns are excluded. Design services and other services are also excluded from the right of return.

Joel Digitals is liable only for intent and gross negligence within the legally permissible scope. No liability is assumed for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Saarland, Germany.
